No Deposit is taken but we do pre-authorise a credit card for the insurance excess value (we do adivse customers to seek vehicle hire excess insurance cover).
A oneway charge of £50.00 included in all quotations, to cover the cost of Insurance Green Cards and European
AA Breakdown cover.
A second driver can be added for an additional charge of £5.00 per day.
Crash Damage Waiver is available to reduce excess from £2000.00 to £1000.00
Panel Vans: £12.00 per day.
PLEASE NOTE there is a £20 + vat administration charge for each reported motoring violation including non payment of parking charges and payment of tolls and congestion charges
Important: The minimum hire of vehicles is 5 calender days (with a milage allowance of 1500 miles, including delivery and collection ,additional miles are charged at 25 pence per mile)
Fuel Policy
Our fuel policy is full to full
All vehicles whether collected from our depots or delivered will be full of fuel and must be returned the same any shortfall will be charged at £3 per litre
All drivers must be over 25 years of age with at least 2 years driving experience and a maximum age of 70.
(note drivers over 70 years accepted subject to insurance company approval)
J HIRE endeavors
to fullfill requested vehicles however
in the event of unforeseen circumstances whereby the
requested vehicle is not available a replacement vehicle
will be offered and the customer informed
The hirer is responsible for any damage to the roof or
upper part of the vehicle caused by hitting low objects,
such as bridges or low branches.
